AICTE: Admission in Technical Courses Can Be Taken Till November 30, Last Date for Cancellation of Admission on November 25

AICTE has released the revised academic calendar 2021-22. Candidates can check this calendar by visiting the official website of AICTE As per this calendar, classes for first-year students in technical courses will start from November 30, 2021.


All India Council for Technical Education, AICTE has released the revised academic calendar 2021-22 on its official website. In the AICTE Revised Academic Calendar 2021-22, all institutions have been asked to start their classes for first-year students of technical courses by November 30, 2021. The guidelines also mention that this date will not be applicable to those who have already completed their admission process and started classes. In addition, the induction program for first-year students of technical courses will start on November 15, 2021. As per the official notice, AICTE has not asked any institute to start online/offline classes. This decision rests with the concerned authorities. The notice also mentions institutions having ODL/online courses. AICTE has said that all the admission related procedures will be done as per the policy of UGC. So, these institutions should mention it. It is to be noted that by releasing the date of resumption of classes, we want to ensure that classes can be resumed by any means. It also mentions that the academic calendar is subject to change as per the prevailing circumstances.
