Delhi University 2021: More Than Half of Undergraduate Seats Filled, Third Cut-off List to Be Released Tomorrow

Delhi University 2021:  Under the second cut-off list, over 48,000 students have secured admission in Delhi University. According to official data, the university has received over 1.18 lakh applications under the two cut-off lists, while 48,582 students have paid fees.


Admission to Under Graduate or UG courses of Delhi University is going on. University has already released two cut-off lists for admission in UG courses. Against these two cut-off lists, more than 48,000 students have secured their admission. Now the university may release its third cut-off list tomorrow.

As per the official data, DU has received over 1.18 lakh applications from candidates against its two cut-off lists. According to PTI, the total number of students who got admission by paying fees is 48,582. Thus, till now more than half of DU seats for admission to UG courses have been filled.

Manish Kanwal, an admission coordinator at Hindu College, told PTI that the third cut-off list may see a drop of up to one percent for courses. We have already filled the unreserved seats for B.Com (Hons). While OBC is almost full. There will be vacant seats in the reserved categories and there is a possibility of a decrease of up to one percent in the third list. There will be a meeting on Saturday to decide on the cut-off. ”
