The Rajasthan state government has decided to promote 11,353 teachers of government schools to the posts of vice-principal. The decision was taken in a review meeting chaired by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on November 12, 2021. With this implementation, the notification of 3533 major posts released earlier in Rajasthan Teacher Recruitment 2021 will continue for the time being.

Under Rajasthan Teacher Recruitment 2021, new posts of headmasters will also be created in 11,353 schools across the state. With this decision, better opportunities for promotion will be available to the teachers and employees who contribute to the development of school education.

Moreover, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the state government could not release the B.Ed result before the declaration of REET result 2021. Accordingly, there was also a decision to approve the recruitment of B.Ed students who passed REET 2021. took. Candidates are now allowed to apply in Rajasthan Primary and Upper Primary School Teacher Direct Recruitment till the last date of application.

Due to this decision, many candidates who are studying B.Ed are now directly eligible for Rajasthan Teacher Recruitment 2021. Till now, there was a provision that candidates would be eligible for recruitment only after obtaining a B.Ed degree. However, now the last registration date will be considered for defining the eligibility criteria of the candidates for the recruitment of 31000 teacher posts under the REET 2021 exam.
