Former England captain Kevin Pietersen’s PAN card has been lost. Pietersen is scheduled to travel to India on Monday. He does commentary for Star Sports, the official broadcaster in the IPL. Pietersen has given this information through his social media handle. He has also appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for help. He has also tagged PM Narendra Modi on the official social media handle. Pietersen has said that his PAN card is lost and he needs to get it renewed before visiting India.
Pietersen wrote in a post on social media in Hindi and English, ‘India please help, I have lost my PAN card and am traveling on Monday, but will need this card in India. Can anyone refer me to someone I can contact for help?’ He has tagged the prime minister in CC.
Pietersen has played in IPL
Pietersen has played in IPL for Delhi Daredevils, Deccan Chargers, Rising Supergiants and Royal Challengers Bangalore. In 36 matches played in the IPL, he has scored 1,001 runs at an average of 35.75.
Pietersen had recently praised Prime Minister Modi for banning rhino poaching in India.
