iPhone users will get Apple’s Fitness Plus from October 24
San Francisco, October 21 (IANS). Tech giant Apple has announced that its subscription-based Fitness Plus service will now be available to iPhone users in 21 countries starting October 24. Fitness Plus users with Apple Watch can share their motivation with personalized real-time metrics displayed on the iOS device. can continue to take it to the next level. However, users can enjoy the services even if they do not have an Apple Watch.
“We built Fitness Plus to be the most inclusive and welcoming fitness service in the world, and the feedback from our users has been overwhelmingly positive,” Jay Blahnik, Apple’s Vice President of Fitness Technologies, said in a statement. We wanted the amazing impact of Fitness Plus to reach iPhone users and make it easier than ever to start your health and fitness journey.
The subscription-based service can be shared with up to five other family members. In addition, Fitness Plus will include music from Taylor Swift, beginning with a series of solo artist spotlights featuring new songs from her upcoming album, Midnights.
Fitness Plus will also introduce a new workout program, Yoga for Every Runner, led by Fitness Plus yoga trainer Jessica Skye and featuring Scott Jurek.
