iQOO is reportedly gearing up to launch the new iQOO Neo 7 in China in October. The handset will likely debut in the country on October 20-21, but ahead of the official announcement, the Neo 7 has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking site with Dimensity 9000+ SoC and up to 12GB of RAM. An iQOO smartphone with model number V2231A has been listed on the Geekbench database (via Nashville Chatter). Previous reports suggest that this model is the upcoming iQOO Neo 7. It is listed to feature an octa-core MediaTek Dimension 9000+ SoC, which is certified with a high clock speed of 3.20GHz on the motherboard, k6983v1_64, and the primary Cortex-X2 core.

The handset also has 12GB of RAM and runs on Android 12. According to the Geekbench listing, the iQOO Neo 7 has got a single-core performance score of 1,231 points and a multi-core performance score of 4,251 points. The listing did not reveal many other details about the smartphone.

If reports are to be believed, the Pro variant of the handset will come with a 2K E6 AMOLED flat display that will offer a 144Hz refresh rate. It can pack up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Apart from this, the device is expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery and support 120W fast charging.

While the base variant is said to have a 6.78-inch 1080p AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate. It will probably only have 67W fast charging. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Neo 7 may come with a triple camera unit that includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766V image sensor, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 12-megapixel portrait telephoto lens.
