Actress Kajol has bought two flats in Mumbai’s Juhu building ‘Ananya’, which are worth crores. Both these flats are spread over 2000 square feet. This building is located in the same area where Kajol and Ajay Devgn’s bungalow ‘Shiv Shakti’ is.

According to our partner ETimes, the report of Squarefeetindia states that the two flats that Kajol has bought are on the 10th floor of Ananya Building. The cost of both together is 11.95 crores. Kajol’s signature is on the property documents. The money for this bungalow was paid in January this year.

Bought a new bungalow last year, the price was 60 crores
Let us tell you that last year Kajol and Ajay Devgan had bought a luxurious bungalow in Juhu area, which was worth 60 crores. This is Ajay’s second bungalow in Mumbai and it is spread over 5310 square feet. This bungalow is also close to Kajol and Ajay’s ‘Shiv Shakti’ bungalow. Hrithik Roshan, Akshay Kumar and Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra also have bungalows near this bungalow of Ajay and Kajol.

Kajol and Ajay Devgan’s projects
On the professional front, Kajol was seen in ‘Tribhanga’ last year and is now shooting for another film. ‘Tribhanga’ was released on OTT in January last year. It was directed by actress Renuka Shahane. Apart from Kajol, Mithila Palkar and Tanvi Azmi were also seen in ‘Tribhanga’. On the other hand, Ajay Devgan has many projects which include ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, ‘RRR’, ‘Runway 34’, ‘Maidan’, ‘Circus’, ‘Thank God’ and ‘Bhola’. Apart from this, his web series ‘Rudra’ is going to be released on March 4.
