The stars of both the industries were making loud rhetoric on the controversy of South Vs Bollywood films. Hindi language was also dragged into this controversy. Kicha Sudeep had given rise to a new controversy by not stating Hindi as the national language. After this, there was debate on this matter for a long time. But when this issue shifted from good content and quality in films to Hindi language, it was not known. Discussions also started on the parameters of success that have been going on in Bollywood for years. But hardly anyone has noticed that now Hindi language is disappearing from Bollywood.

‘We are failing as parents and teachers too, insisting on English’
When Manoj Bajpayee reached a book launch event recently, he was asked a question about the practice of the English language. He said, ‘It is not only the fault of the entertainment industry. Rather we all like to send our children to English medium school, whether they are good, bad or average. We want our children to learn to speak English first. And then if you have time and energy left, then learn another language. So we are failing as parents. We are failing as teachers. This is because we neither know the importance of our language nor are able to teach it to our children.

Manoj Bajpayee said – I only read scripts in Devanagari’
Along with this, Manoj Bajpayee also talked about the increasing trend of English language in Bollywood and called it very sad. Manoj Bajpayee said, ‘The entertainment industry is also no different in this matter from our society. 90 to 95 percent of the newcomers in the industry these days write only in English. This is very sad. But I read scripts only in Devanagari. There are very few of us who demand that Bhai script should be written in Devanagari script. I do not read any script which is not in Devanagari script.’

Manoj Bajpayee returns the script written in English
Manoj Bajpayee further said, ‘If the script is written in English then I return it. It’s not that I don’t know English. I know this language. But we are an artist who is expressing. And we have to express in Hindi language on screen. This will improve our understanding of writing, reading and speaking the language. Rather the script should be read in Hindi only. On the professional front, Manoj Bajpayee will be seen in the web series ‘Soup’. Apart from this, he has three films, which include ‘Dispatch’, ‘Joram’ and ‘Gulmohar’.
