State Electricity Council Limited Ministerial Services Association on Thursday termed the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Electricity Board Employees Union at the State Guest House Peterhof Shimla as a failure. State President Harinand Verma and General Secretary Keshwa Nand Sharma attended the function only about 400 employees. The ceremony proved to be a flop show. He said that this so-called union had given assurance to the Energy Minister that more than five thousand employees would participate in the function, which turned out to be completely false.
