The General Duty (GD) Constable Examination, which is conducted for the recruitment to the posts of constable in the Indian paramilitary forces, is the target of lakhs of youth and these youths are going to get a chance to appear in this examination soon. The written examination for GD Constable Recruitment 2021 to be conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is to be held from 16 November to 15 December.  Through this recruitment process, a total of 25,271 posts of constables in central paramilitary forces are to be filled and applications were invited for this between July 17 and August 31. This recruitment of GD constable has come out after 3 years, so candidates can get a tough competition in this recruitment.

These candidates will get extra marks in the examination, 
this time the number of candidates is expected to be very high in this recruitment. In such a situation, if a candidate gets extra marks, then what can be a great joy for him. Actually, according to the official notification issued for GD recruitment, candidates who have A, B, or C level certificates of NCC will be given extra marks. According to the information given in para 13 of the notification, candidates with an A certificate will get 2 marks, candidates with a B certificate will get 3 marks, and candidates with a C certificate will get 5 marks as bonus marks. These marks will be added to the normalized marks of the candidates.

What are these certificates and how can you get them 
In NCC, students are awarded three types of certificates after completing different levels of training. In this, the NCC A certificate is given to those cadets of the junior division who have completed their 2 years of training, while the NCC B certificate is given to the students of the senior division only after completing two years of training. NCC C certificate is given to those students of the senior division who have completed 3 years of training. For the NCC C level certificate, students also have to go through the exam.
