Under this recruitment, 58,189 candidates were to be provided employment on the basis of merit in their own panchayat. But till now the candidates have not been appointed for these posts. Many candidates had appeared in the High Court regarding the application and selection process of this recruitment, after which the matter remains sub-judice in the court.
The matter was to be heard on October 13 but due to various reasons, it could not be done. Therefore, the court had now fixed the date of October 18 to hear the matter, after which the final decision can be taken. In such a situation, today in this article I have to share information about some important points, on the basis of which the decision can be taken to give appointment to the candidates applying by the court. But the court can also make another decision in this matter, which will be universal.
On the basis of which points, the appointment can be given
, the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court will hear on October 18 in the ongoing case regarding the recruitment of Panchayat Assistants. In this hearing, after considering the points given below, the court can also decide on the appointment of the applicants or any other decision can also be taken by the court.
1. Regarding the rule to recognize the application of candidates having the same caste/class/gender as the village head, the court can hear the decision to conduct re-recruitment for these posts after 1 year, in which all caste/religion/class / Gender candidates will be given a chance to apply.
2. A total of 58,189 posts of Panchayat Assistant are fixed across the state, in which more than 45 thousand candidates have been selected by the department so far. So if re-recruitment is conducted then the whole process may take a very long time. So only these selected candidates can be given an appointment.
3. In this recruitment to be held on more than 58 thousand posts of Panchayat Assistant, so far the contract letters of more than 17 thousand selected candidates have also been submitted. In such a situation, the court can also consider these candidates.
4. The rules regarding selection on the basis of merit and giving preference to merit by the Court can also be seen. Even if the rules of preference are found to be supplementary to the interests of all the candidates, the High Court can still hear the decision of awarding an appointment to the selected candidates who have applied.
However, apart from all these points, the court can also take any other decision, which will be just on the basis of its own discretion. The decision taken by the court will be considered as the final decision.
